How To Become a First-Time MediSuite Patient

If you are looking for a more convenient and cost-effective way of getting your ED or other men’s health medications, MediSuite can help! Becoming a first-time patient is simple and will save you time and unnecessary headaches. Learn how to become a new patient in a few short steps.

Step 1: Have a Doctor Submit Your Prescription to MediSuite

MediSuite makes it as easy as possible to have a prescription filled and discreetly delivered. Your prescription can be submitted in one of three ways:

1.  Your doctor can “eScript” the prescription to us
2.  Fax (from doctor’s office) to 919-200-6951
3.  Mail prescription to 160 MacGregor Pines Drive, Suite #110, Cary, NC 27511

Don’t have time to get to the doctor’s office? Use MediSuite’s telemedicine portal for a quick online consultation to get your prescription. Simply click on “Start Online Visit” on our website to begin the consultation. A consultation to get a prescription starts as low as $19.99, depending on how many refills you request (This does not include the cost of MediSuite’s medications.). Once it is complete, your prescription will promptly be submitted to us after the doctor reviews and approves it. If you are visiting your doctor in person, you can also print out our MediSuite Rx Pad to take with you to your appointment to help expedite the process.

Step 2: Talk to a MediSuite Pharmacist

Once your prescription is submitted, a pharmacist from MediSuite will call you to confirm any necessary information to process the order. This helps to keep patient information secure and to ensure packages are sent to the correct address. During this call, payment can be made directly over the phone, or you can mail a check or money order directly to MediSuite.  

Step 3: Receive Medication

After payment is received and the order is fully processed, medication is shipped directly to your mailbox and should arrive within 2-4 business days. The bottle will have a unique Rx number highlighted near the top-left corner of the label. This will be needed for refills.

Step 4: Call or Set Up an Account for Refills

Ordering refills from MediSuite is another easy process. You can either call 919-200-6952 and simply ask for a refill, or set up a MediSuite account using the Rx number found on your first shipment of medication. After that, you can use your account to request your refills. Getting the right treatment for ED and other health concerns doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated.
