How do I get my prescription refilled?

If you are a new patient, have your doctor send your prescription to MediSuite. We can accept prescriptions through eRx or fax (919)200-6951. If you are a returning patient, please visit our refills page, or simply call us and request a refill at (919) 200-6952.


What medications will MediSuite fill?

We currently fill prescriptions for:

  • Tadalafil 5 mg (generic Cialis®)
  • Tadalafil 10 mg (generic Cialis®)
  • Tadalafil 20 mg (generic Cialis®)
  • Sildenafil 20 mg  (generic Revatio®)
  • Sildenafil 50 mg  (generic Viagra®)

  • Clomiphene 50 mg  (generic Clomid®)
  • Tamsulosin 0.4 mg  (generic Flomax®)
  • Finasteride 1 mg  (generic Propecia®)

When will my medications arrive?

When your first prescription arrives at MediSuite, a pharmacist will contact you for payment and delivery information. Delivery will depend on your location from us (North Carolina); typically, it should not take longer than 3-4 business days no matter where you are. We ship our medications via standard USPS shipping, and it should arrive in your mailbox in a padded envelope. You do have the option to choose FedEx shipping for a quicker delivery at an additional cost.

*Important Note: Once the postal service takes the packaged prescriptions from our pharmacy, we are unable to control their delivery. We can, however, provide the tracking number for your package.


Does it cost anything to set up an account with MediSuite? And how do I make an account?

No, it is completely free. You will only pay the stated cost of your prescriptions when you order them.

To set up an account, you will need to use your prescription number in order to register. If you have never filled a prescription at our pharmacy before, you receive your prescription number by ordering your first prescription with us over the phone (This is to prevent identity theft online, and so we can verify your information directly to prevent any miscommunications). After you receive your Rx number, you can click “Register” near the top of the page and fill in your information. You will be able to order your prescription refills online once you’ve registered.


Will MediSuite fill my prescription for Viagra®/Cialis®?

Yes. MediSuite carries both of the official generic medications for Viagra (Sildenafil) and Cialis (Tadalafil) in various doses. The dose of the pill we can offer you must equal your original prescription. For instance, if your doctor gives you a prescription for Viagra 50mg pills, we can only offer you Sildenafil 50mg, NOT Sildenafil 100mg or 20mg. To get a different pill strength, your doctor’s permission is required to change the dose.

Does MediSuite accept insurance?

We typically do not. Most insurance plans do not cover our offered medications. You can check with your insurance to see if they might cover a small percentage, but 95% will not cover it at all.
