Will MediSuite fill my prescription for brand-name Viagra®/Cialis®?

Yes. Although we do not carry the brand-name medications, MediSuite offers the official generic equivalents for Viagra (Sildenafil) and Cialis (Tadalafil) in various doses. The dose of the pill we can offer you must equal your original prescription. For instance, if your doctor gives you a prescription for Viagra 50mg, we can only offer you Sildenafil 50mgNOT Sildenafil 100mg or 20mg. To get a different pill strength, your doctor’s permission is required to change the dose.

Why do my pills look different than the last time I received them?

If you notice your medication looks a bit different than you remember last time (different color/shape), don’t panic, it is still the same medication you requested. Our pharmacy orders from various manufacturers depending on the best deals we can get at the time. We usually keep 2-3 variations of each medication in stock and will change which type we use depending on our inventory. The different variations of the medication should all work exactly the same as they contain the exact same ingredients. However, if you do have a preference for a specific one, you can simply request for it and we’ll make a note on your profile to only send you that variation.

When will my medications arrive?

When your first prescription arrives at MediSuite, a pharmacist will contact you for payment and delivery information. Delivery will depend on your location from us (North Carolina); typically, it should not take longer than 3-4 business days no matter where you are. We ship our medications via standard USPS shipping, and it should arrive in your mailbox in a padded envelope. You do have the option to choose FedEx shipping for a quicker delivery at an additional cost.

*Important Note: Once the postal service takes the packaged prescriptions from our pharmacy, we are unable to control their delivery. We can, however, provide the tracking number for your package.

Does MediSuite accept insurance?

No, we do not. Our pricing is the set cash price. This is because most insurance plans do not cover our offered medications anyway, as they are typically not considered “necessary” or “life-saving”. If they do, then it is most likely for only a couple of pills per month. We do provide receipts that could be used to file for reimbursement from their insurance, but our pricing for you out of pocket will be at least 50% more cost-effective than other pharmacies, even with insurance coverage included.

Does it cost anything to set up an account with MediSuite? How do I make an account?

No, it is completely free. You will only pay the stated cost of your prescriptions when you order them.

To set up an account, you will need to use your prescription number to register. New buyers will not have a prescription number yet. If it is your first time using our pharmacy or trying a different medication, your prescription must be filled over the phone with one of our pharmacists (This is a safety precaution to prevent identity theft online, review any potential medication interactions, and to verify your information directly to prevent any miscommunications). After you receive your first medication, the Rx number will be highlighted near the top-left corner of the label on your medication bottle.

After you receive your Rx number, you can click “Register” near the top of the website page and fill in your information. You will be able to order your prescription refills online once you’ve registered if that is preferred.

How do I get my prescription refilled?

If you have an account, you can visit our refills page, or simply call us and ask for a refill at (919) 200-6952. Calls are preferred if any of your information has changed since the previous order.

For any other concerns regarding MediSuite or your account, feel free to ask by calling us at (919) 200-6952 or toll-free at 1(800) 601-0691 to speak to a pharmacist.
